For 24 years, the annual National LGBTQ Task Force Gala has been the premier celebration of South Florida’s LGBTQ community and a vital fundraiser supporting the oldest national organization dedicated to achieving equality for LGBTQ people, as well as many Miami-Dade LGBTQ service organizations. In 2020 the cause is the same, but the format is different as we move our event online.

The 2020 Gala is all about “The Power of US”. The event will be a celebration of community and a collective call to action. Together, we rise to face the unique challenges of this pivotal moment in our nation's history. While we can’t gather in person this year, we will come together as a community for a single night on October 3. Proceeds from this year’s Gala will support the Task Force’s Queering Democracy initiative, including our “Queer the Vote” campaign which aims to drive voter participation in this year's general election.

New this year: there is no fixed ticket price, a donation of any amount will get you in. Also, our tables are no longer limited to just 10 people, the virtual table host feature has no limit to the number of guests at a given table. Please sign up to be a table host today!
